What shines and what doesn't

My stay was exceptional! The staff was friendly and attentive, offering outstanding service that truly made a difference. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a peaceful night’s rest.

Check-in was frustratingly slow, with multiple errors during the process. Additionally, the breakfast offerings were quite limited, lacking variety and freshness.

The outdoor swimming pool was welcoming and refreshing.

I was appalled by the state of the room I received. It reeked of smoke, and it took ages to get another room. The check-in process felt more like an ordeal than a simple task, and the staff seemed overwhelmed, as if they didn’t know what they were doing. Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience that I wouldn't wish on anyone.

Our room was clean, but the fitness center needs better equipment.

The air conditioner filter likely needs a serious cleaning!!! Not to mention, the gap between the door and frame could really let in unwanted drafts!!! Consider investing in better room sanitation practices!!!

the room smelled musty (not the best first impression) but the beds were comfy and the AC worked perfectly! also, the pool area was very nice with good landscaping and plenty of chairs.

The room was decent with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom. There’s a sofa to chill on. An alarm clock and hairdryer. The pool had nice sun loungers for relaxing. Overall, it met my needs for comfort without any fancy frills.

The air conditioning unit was somewhat noisy, making it difficult to sleep comfortably at times, and the gym equipment could use an upgrade for a better workout experience. Despite these issues, the staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant interaction throughout our stay.

Enjoyed the nearby courses—Shadow Lakes Golf Course was awesome for a fun day outdoors. The rooms were spacious enough for the group, and the location was convenient for everything we wanted to do. We found the pool area nice for hanging out after a long day of exploring.

We did encounter a room that had a strong cigarette smell, which was less than ideal. After some back and forth, we got a better place, but it was a hassle.

The staff were incredibly helpful (shoutout to the overnight crew! ). The complimentary breakfast was always fresh, featuring classic favorites like sausage gravy and waffles. Plus, the outdoor swimming pool was a refreshing treat!

It would be great to have more variety in the breakfast options.

However, the staff at the front desk were friendly, if not particularly helpful. The breakfast featuring eggs was a nice touch, something guests appreciated despite the limited options.
